The washers are designed to support cable trays on flat roofs. The washer is made of a rubber material that is UV resistant. On the underside of the pad there is an aluminium foil with an anti-slip treatment, which acts as an insulating layer for direct contact with roofs made of PVC material. The PPS1 L30_GZM washer has a press-fit rail made of steel with a Magnelis® finish. Installation of the cable tray is done by direct attachment with a self-drilling screw (e.g. STP 4.2X25 TX) through the bottom of the cable tray into the pad at the location of the metal rail.
